Retrun & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days after delivery of the product.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Return Charges

• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
• A ₹100 processing fee will be deducted for return handling and logistics.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers can request size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.
